A practical JSON workspace
Paste or open a JSON file. Format with two-space indentation, minify, validate, or explore a collapsible tree. Compare a second document to get paths and before/after values. Object property order is ignored, while arrays compare by index.
Redaction is a review aid
Redaction matches exact field names without case sensitivity at every nesting level. It does not find secrets embedded inside strings or unexpected field names. Review every output before sharing. It is not guaranteed anonymization.
Numbers and parsing
Unsafe large integer values are rejected; represent large IDs as quoted strings. Native JSON parsing can still round decimal fractions and keeps the last occurrence of duplicate object keys. This is a debugging utility, not a lossless archival parser or schema validator.
Private, with practical limits
No input history is saved and no JSON is uploaded. Large or deeply nested documents can exceed browser memory or recursion limits. Use a local desktop workflow for datasets beyond your device's capabilities.
