Free QR tools for businesses and freelancers
The free QR workspace creates static codes for text, URLs, WPA Wi-Fi and WhatsApp, with PNG and logo-free SVG downloads. It also prepares bulk QR images, A4 label sheets and local scans from an image. Businesses can prepare simple information links, freelancers can deliver printable assets, and developers can encode destinations without setting up a redirect service. No site login is required.
For businesses: share the intended destination
Choose Text or URL and enter the content a person should receive. A URL is encoded as supplied; generating it does not verify the website's ownership, availability or trustworthiness. Check spelling and visit the intended destination yourself. A static code contains its data directly, so editing the input later cannot change codes already downloaded or printed.
For a guest network, choose Wi-Fi and enter its name and password. The generator targets WPA networks, not every security mode. A fictional example is StudioGuest with password SamplePass2026. Test with a real device on the actual network before displaying a sign. Anyone who can read that code may recover its credentials, so treat it as sharing the network access details.
For freelancers: review the asset before delivery
Choose dark modules against a light background. PNG sizes of 512, 1024 and 2048 pixels are available. A selected PNG or JPG logo is included only in the single PNG output; SVG intentionally omits it. Changing the input, colors, logo or size disables old downloads until you generate again.
The single-code workflow attempts a local decode and checks that it matches the intended content. If this fails, downloads are disabled. Stronger contrast or removing the logo may help. A passed digital check does not test paper stock, printer quality, lighting or final display size. Scan a physical copy before your client prints a large batch.
For developers: prepare a batch from known data
Paste CSV with the exact headers text, label into Batch CSV. Each payload must be non-empty and a job accepts 1 to 200 rows. The ZIP contains numbered PNG files. The A4 PDF option places twelve labels per page. These batch workflows use black-on-white codes without the single-code logo or color settings.
For two products, use URLs such as https://example.com/item/001 and https://example.com/item/002 with labels Product 001 and Product 002. Those addresses are examples, not real product pages. Latin/ASCII label text is shortened when it exceeds the available width, while the complete payload remains in the code. Inspect the sheet before printing at its intended size.
WhatsApp and existing-code checks
WhatsApp mode takes an international phone number and an optional message. The tool removes common formatting characters and checks for 7 to 15 digits. It creates a WhatsApp link but cannot confirm the number has an active account. Open the result on your own device to verify it reaches the intended conversation.
To read an existing QR, choose a screenshot or photo under the local scanner. Decoded content is shown as text and is not opened automatically. A sharper image with the complete quiet zone can help when detection fails. The scanner works with an image file, not a continuous live camera feed.
Free features, limits and feedback
There is no QBMFX subscription expiry for static codes, but linked websites may disappear or change. This release has no editable redirects, scan analytics or dynamic QR management. Browser memory and QR payload capacity still set practical boundaries. A batch limit per job is not a daily payment quota.
If a generated result fails a real scan, use Contact and select QR & labels. Describe output format, colors, logo use and printed dimensions. Do not send real Wi-Fi passwords or private destinations in a public example. Reviews and issue reports go privately to support; they are not automatically published as public comments.
Free bulk labels for a real delivery
For a small product handover, create CSV input with text and label headers. Each text cell holds the payload to encode and each label cell identifies the item for printing. Quoted commas need valid CSV quoting. Test two or three rows first, then prepare the complete job within the 200-row limit. The bulk ZIP uses black-on-white codes without logos. The label PDF arranges codes on A4 pages, and its printed text uses the supported Latin/ASCII workflow.
A freelancer can provide the ZIP for a designer or print the label PDF at actual size and scan examples before delivery. A developer can use static URLs for demo links without running a redirect or tracking service. An everyday user can create a Wi-Fi code for a supported WPA network, then test it on the phone that will join. Encoding a password in a QR makes that password available to someone who can read the code, so place it only where that sharing is intended.
Free generation is separate from the destination
The generator does not charge for the current controls, but a code may point to a website or service with its own terms. A static QR retains its original payload; it does not include an editable dashboard, analytics or a promised permanent destination. Before printing many copies, inspect the exact payload, test the final artwork and confirm the destination is under the intended control. Good contrast and an intact quiet zone matter more than decorative changes. Keep a record of which code belongs to which destination so future updates to your own site can be managed deliberately.
